The handtmann 34-5 Linking Gearbox can be used in conjunction with the HV60-6 (shown), HV60-7 and HV60-8 Automatic Holding Devices. It is also an integral part of the PLS115 Linking and Cutting machine system when used with the air operated HV115-02 Holding Device.

The 34-5 Gearbox can be used without a holding device, for hand-linking with natural casings. Special nozzles are available for this purpose in sizes: 12, 15, 19 & 22 mm.
