These advantages are fulfilled by the new, state-of-the-art technology of the VF 600 generation of vacuum fillers. We have made use of handtmann servo drive technology, a modern, PCK Windows-CE based compact control system and an optimised vane cell feed system, which offers the customer a considerably greater volume and larger vane cell chambers.
Of course, typically for handtmann, all products are processed gently with this machine for the smaller business. The machine’s reliability guarantees optimised production for small-scale sausage producers.
